Bringing vulnerable communities and law enforcement together for good.

A data driven model proven to increase victim reporting, reduce crime, and increase law enforcement recruitment of served vulnerable communities.

At Integrative Policing, we have one mission: to build safer communities by bringing together law enforcement and under served populations through a model of integrative change.  We help communities customize and implement this model of trust and communication building that fosters joint ownership of community concerns, leading to transformative and sustainable community safety and trust.

A Proven Track Record

We provide a nationally recognized, data-driven, evidence based model that is flexible and adaptable to the unique needs and cultures of each community. We provide a spectrum from civilian executive level policy, facilitation and implementation experience to the sworn line-level officer perspective to address community building from a wholistic approach.
